Well this thing just blew our minds, what a staggeringly great guitar! OK, we have come to expect high quality from Japanese made electrics, especially Yamahas which seem to go the extra mile. This one however is rather special, when the 904 pro level model was released Yamaha approached Warmouth USA to produce the necks, exactly the Yamaha specs, and so the deal was done, but this was only for about an 18 month window, due to costs.
The neck is a glorious compound radius running from 9.5 at the nut, through to 15.75, one of the most playable neck you could ever imagine.
This one is just over 30 years old and in what I would call a perfectly honest condition, it shows polish and mild rubbing marks form use, but no chips nor cracks, frets are in great shape with many, many more years in them. The pickups and Yamaha's own Alnico S/S/H set with a split on the humbucker, via the tone control.
It still has the original Yamaha/Mojo bag and tremolo arm.
If you know your stuff this will get you all a tremble! Don't think too long, good examples of this model are pretty darn scarce.
