Shipping policy

We can arrange shipping on your behalf, but we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage without full insurance being taken out by the customer. If any item is received in a less than expected condition this must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, after which period we are not accountable for the goods. Web sales are shipped to the UK mainland only by courier.
