Washburn D12-12N 90's 12 string with Schaller vintage pickup

This is a lot of fun for not much outlay, here we have a 1991 Washburn D12, 12 sting acoustic that had a Schaller sound hole pickup fitted around the same time as it was new.
We have set this one up and fitted a new set of strings, the pickup is passive and works fine, it is switchable from humbucker to single coil using the thumb wheel.
The neck sinks a little into the body at the very high end, so if you play over the 16th fret a lot, the action there is quite high. The rest of the playability is fine.

The condition is fine for the year, no breaks or major issues, but some minor play wear from use over 30+ years.
