This is the V300 range from Vintage, a guitar that is going to be a difficult instrument to beat when it comes to value for money, especially a near mint used example like this one. The Pacific coast acoustic model is very light and an easy guitar to play, with a solid spruce top and very unusually, it has a nice cutaway too.

You get a built in tuner and battery level indicator as well as the volume and tone controls.

These are a mid size body delivering a warm tonal range while maintaining a clean top end. Quite how these are made for the price beats us, but that is great new for you of course!
These make a perfect starter/intermediate acoustic option.
