There are not that many convincing guitars of this style out there, and this TW61 is a rare bird indeed. These were only made for a short time in the early 90's, like most versions they rarely are produced for more than a year or so..I think we all know why!
So if you are a Tom Petty, Pete Townshend, Johnny Marr...or others fan, this is right up your street, and a massive saving over a USA made version.
We have stripped this one down, cleaned and set it up and it is very nice indeed, producing iconic jangly tones. Please note the truss rod cover and tailpiece have been added/modified by the previous owner, this is a Tanglewood guitar!
No major issues here, which is a bonus for a 30+ year old electric.
