When Squier introduced the classic vibe and vintage modified ranges they certainly impressed the players with quality, finish and performance the equals the entry level Fender models. As a result these are a highly popular choice and easily meet the demands of studio and live work.
We have just set up and freshly strung this one and it plays well, and sounds amazing.
It has the common occurrence of the walnut inlay (skunk stripe) having a lacquer crazing where it joins the maple neck. While it can be felt if you run your finger over it, it is 100% cosmetic and does not impact on the bass at all.
Otherwise, as you can see it is very clean and ready to go!
