The man behind this signature model is best known for his work with John Mellencamp, this "DGT" (David Grissom Trem) is part of the SE Series making this lovely guitar more pocket friendly. Based on the McCarty design platform, it has been a top seller since its introduction in 2007. 

The SE DGT has a pair of "vintage" voiced humbuckers paired with individual volume controls for each pickup plus a push/pull master tone control that taps the humbuckers, giving a thinner, more single coil tone. 
Clearly designed for those with a phobia of birds, this one has the moon inlays.
As a used example this really is immaculate as the pictures show, it comes with the original brown PRS gig bag shown.
