Thanks to one player, this is one of the most recognised basses ever made, and remains a firm favourite with many players due to its solid deep tone, lightweight build and short scale length.
These are certainly easy to play and a joy for long sessions and gigs.
This used example is in excellent condition as shown in the pictures and would pass off as new. The flame on the sides and back is a thing of beauty.

  • Body: Semi-Hollow with a Sustain Block (Spruce top, Maple back/sides).
  • Neck: 3-piece Maple/Beech/Maple.
  • Fingerboard: Jatoba (or Rosewood on some models).
  • Scale Length: 30" (76cm).
  • Nut Width: 42mm
  • Frets: 22.
  • Pickups: 2x Hofner Staple Nickel Humbuckers.
  • Electronics: Passive (2 volume controls, 2 On/Off switches, Rhythm/Solo boost switch).
  • Hardware: Nickel-plated, including vintage-style tuners.
