After much research I still cannot find this exact model, so sadly I do not know its exact age or model number.
It is quite tatty, but plays fine with a sensible action. There have been repairs to rear edge and top and it has a non original tailpiece.

While this is a playable vintage/antique guitar it is no oil painting, maybe this is the one that put the "Grim" in Grimshaw?
Joking aside it has been priced to sell as a fun player or a fab bit of retro interior design.
