OK, firstly let me explain the model, being the 50th anniversary year, Gibson launched 5 different models and this one is the good old ES-335 standard in tobacco burst manufactured in Gibson’s Memphis Custom facility. The standard Dot featured a plain maple top as you can see here. It is not a "custom shop" guitar!
This one is exactly what you want from a 335, very honest minor play wear. light marking on the body, some rubbing from the strap around the button, but all good genuine signs of use, not abuse.
Everything is working like a Swiss watch and sounding incredible, these really do make you understand what Gibson are capable of. These are loaded with the Gibson '57 classic humbuckers. This one has had a tonepro tailpiece fitted and the Gibson Deluxe green key tuners in place of the heavy Grovers. The original black knobs are included as the previous owned preferred gold and had a set fitted.
It comes with the original COA and Gibson hard case shown, and just to be clear, this is NOT a satin finish or studio model.
It has been priced very competitively so if you fancy it, I would advise not taking too long pondering...just saying....
