Isn't this just one of the most fabulous guitars you've ever seen? Well wait until you hear it! Sadly G&L are no longer, a huge loss in the guitar world as their instruments are very much top end, rivalling and beating other USA famous brands.
The ASAT mixes high-output and versatile tonal range with increased resonance from the body design. The gorgeous maple neck is has 22 medium-jumbo frets and a 9.5" radius.
This one is a very tidy used example indeed, no faults and it comes with the original G&L deluxe hard cases shown.
Key Specifications:
Body: Chambered Thinline design, Alder with F-hole.
Pickups: Two Jumbo G&L Magnetic Field Design (MFD) single-coils, known for higher output, punchy bass, and bright highs.
Bridge: Leo Fender-designed G&L Saddle-Lock™ with chrome-plated brass saddles for enhanced resonance and sustain.
Neck Profile: G&L Modern Classic (1 11/16" nut width, 1 5/8" string spacing, 9.5" radius) for comfort.
Controls: 3-position pickup selector, volume, tone.
Neck Wood: Hard Rock Maple with Rosewood or Maple fingerboard.
Frets: 22 medium-jumbo, Jescar 57110 Stainless Steel (or nickel depending on production year).
Tuners: G&L sealed-back, 12:1 ratio.
Case: Deluxe Tolex hardshell.
