We love something a bit different here at Badlands, and they rarely come much more different than this signature Z3.
This is based on the Will Ray Hellcaster, and is "out there". These are loaded with the "Z" coil pickups, which have 2 short coils per pickup with reverse polarity, making then act like a humbucker, yet they have a single pole piece per string, making then single coil!
Essentially they are hum cancelling single coils, one of Leo Fender last amazing inventions. On top of this the guitar is fitted with the Hipshot Bender system that can be used for either G or B strings. The bridge is custom made for this system. The system operates by the cranked lever fitted to the bended arm, which is then pushed by your hip. You can either move your hip against the lever, or push the guitar across to the left and get the same result. The bender is set up to raise the B to C#.
This one is a nice used example with rosewood board. It has been setup and restrung, everything is working as it should. Don't forget this has 3 pickups so you get a 5 way selector for a huge tonal range.
