If you just want one quality guitar to play pretty much anything this Roland loaded VG has to be one of the best options.
The battery powered (2 x AA) Roland pickup goes through the onboard electrics to offer 2 specialist controls, one gives you guitar types, these include Stratocaster, Telecaster, Les Paul, and Acoustic.
The second control gives you alternate tunings without needing to touch the tuners on the guitar. These are Standard concert pitch, Drop D, open G, DADGAD, Baritone and 12 string.

You can also bypass the electronics and have it as a standard USA Stratocaster with 5 way switch and 3 single coils.
This one comes with the VG manual, although it is quite self explanatory, and the Fender fitted hard case shown.

The overall condition of this one is remarkable for its age, excellent all round, no fret wear and everything working as it should. There is one tiny ding, shown clearly in the pictures.
