Here we have the Tim Armstrong signature Fender electro acoustic, and what a great guitar this is! These are loaded with a Fishman (Fender branded) preamp and pickup for excellent studio recording or live performance.
This one is set up with a lower that usual action for an acoustic, but it plays cleanly showing it has a very nice neck and fret setup!
It comes with the fitted Fender hard case shown. This is an immaculate example.

Excellent Crafting

In a departure from previous Hellcat guitars, the Fender Tim Armstrong 10th Anniversary Hellcat boasts a solid spruce top.

This wood is fantastic for acoustic guitars thanks to its bright, complex and resonant tone.

Furthermore, as it is solid, it sounds great from day one but improves with age as the wood becomes more resonant.

Attached to the body is a modern "C" shaped maple neck. With its slim oval shape, this neck feels closer to an electric guitar's neck and gives you a fast-playing, comfortable feel.

An uncommon wood, the fretboard is made from walnut, which provides a hard and durable playing surface.

At the third, fifth, seventh and ninth frets, the Tim Armstrong Hellcat's fretboard has pearloid arch-backed cats while a pair of skulls can be found at the 12th fret. Designed by Tim Armstrong himself, these appointments ensure authentic Armstrong style.

Aged white binding can be found dressing the edge of the walnut fretboard, further adding to the great aesthetics of this awesome electro-acoustic guitar.

Premium Electronics

Not only does the Fender Tim Armstrong 10th Anniversary Hellcat sound great unplugged, it can be amplified too for excellent performance on stage.

the 10th Anniversary Hellcat is equipped with a Fishman Presys preamp which gives you separate controls to adjust the bass, middle and treble frequencies.

A phase switch is also on hand to help you prevent feedback when performing on stage.

A built-in tuner is also present so you can easily tune the Tim Armstrong Hellcat whenever you need, without having to bring along a separate tuner.

For added convenience, a low battery indicator will flash on when it's time to change the batteries while a volume knob is there to adjust your output level.

High Quality Hardware

Up on the headstock of the Fender Tim Armstrong 10th Anniversary Hellcat is a set of vintage open gear style tuners with perl buttons and engraved gold plating.

On the body, looking like a medieval Norse battleship, there is a Fender "viking" bridge. Made from walnut, this bridge adds great style to the guitar while facilitating fantastic transfer of string energy to the resonating solid spruce top of the 10th Anniversary Tim Armstrong Hellcat.

Further adding to the unique aesthetic of this electro-acoustic guitar is a gold pickguard which contrasts nicely with the black gloss finish.
