Fender Stratocaster standard, 1999 Mexican

With the introduction of far eastern made "standard" fender guitars, the older Mexican models are becoming the go to guitars for many players, they are solidly made, great finish and classic Strat sounding pickups.

This one is 26 years old and has what I would call honest wear for its age, slight scuffs on the body, no serious dents or dings. The classic lacquer splits around the neck pocket from paint shrinkage over the years, but all together a sound and very gig worthy workhorse.
This one has been set up in store, freshly strung and it plays very nicely with a slightly lower action than standard.
