Fender Standard "fat" Stratocaster Mexican - 2010

Given that this example is 15 years old it looks remarkable, no...it looks amazing! I love this colour, a very deep rich midnight wine with a sumptuous dark rosewood neck. Check out all the pictures as the colour changes with the light...nice!

Now this one it a single/single/humbucker format, sometimes called the "fat" Strat. These offer a different tonal palette replacing the ultra bright bridge single coil pickup with a fatter sounding full humbucker. If you could only take one guitar and needed to play a variety of genres this would be the perfect weapon for the job.
