If there ever was a head turner, it would be a pink Strat, and this one will be noticed not just for its classy looks, but the amazing 60's voiced pickups too, these are a bit more diverse in tonal range between neck and bridge than more modern models.
Being a Japanese made guitar the finishing is as good as it gets, often trumping the USA versions (pun fully intended)
This one has been played and enjoyed and would be classed as a light relic, with small dings on the back edge, the typical lacquer crack in the neck pocket, plus general play wear. For all of this it has set up beautifully with a low action, which can be raised if you are a more "energetic" player!
Lovely dark rosewood board and the pink has also aged down and is not as pastel as the new ones.
All electrics and hardware are working, the tremolo has been set as floating currently and the frets are good with a lot of life in them. The tone mod has been carried out to allow tone on all 3 pickups but the bridge sharing the middle pickups pot.
