For those that can't decide between a Strat and a Tele, we give you the pawnshop 51. This is Fenders interpretation of a guitar built from Fender parts and found in a pawnshop, which has been known!
This one is the black version, with the maple telecaster neck, this has a humbucker in at the bridge position with a Texas special single coil at the neck.
The controls are quite simple, a master volume with push pull to split the humbucker then a 3 position rotary knob for pickup selection. This 16 year old Japanese beauty is in fair condition as seen in the pictures, there are some scuffs and light marks on the body. No dings or chips and the neck is perfect.
