The 70's was a very strange era for Fender when CBS didn't really know how to progress the models, some got worse but they did bang out a few killers, including the '72 Tele Custom, a mix of the Deluxe wide range humbucker with a classic Tele bridge pickup and the extended scratchplate with individual volume and tones controls, plus a 3 way switch.
This is a lovely example in great shape and very well set up. There is one small chip (colour filled) on the lower edge, shown in the picture, otherwise everything is good and working fully.
It has been set up and strung and ie ready to go....in style!
