Over the years the Fender Mexican models have ranged vastly and every now and then a special edition is dropped than defies logic, like this one!
The finish and feel of this series is unlike the standard Mexican production and more akin to a much higher end Fender, the "custom 60s voiced" pickups are very clear and punchy, leagues ahead of standard fitted single coils.
The thin nitro has started to age and picked up a few small chips, pretty much exactly what you hope for in a nitro body and with some more play it will turn into a glorious roadworn looking Strat.
This one has been fully set up and stung and everything is in great shape, including hardware, electrics, frets and fretboard.
To be clear this is not a Classic series 60s, this is the limited special run of Nitro versions.
