This lovely 2006 Epiphone Sheraton II is an iconic "semi" hollowbody with laminated maple body with a mahogany center block, a 24.75"-scale 5-piece maple/walnut neck, and dual Alnico Classic humbuckers. 
These are far more versatile than many players imagine, often pigeon holed as jazz or blues guitars, but when you look around there are semi-hollows in so many musical genres.
For a 20 year old Korean (Samick) made example this one is very tidy as the pictures show. It does have some slight play wear as expected, but cleaner than most. It also has the advantage of a Epiphone fitted hard case included.
