Epiphone Les Paul 1960 Tribute Plus - Neck repair

OK, there are 2 standard reactions to neck repaired guitars - 

1) Run to the hills scared stiff......

2) Realise the repair is stronger than the original neck and bathe in the amazing saving you have made!

Over the past 30+ years I have repaired endless Les Paul or Acoustic neck snaps, and to date I have not had one fail in that same place, in fact I have repaired one guitar 3 times now, and it has 3 separate joins but never broke on a repaired join. I have personally repaired this one.

On the down side, it looks a bit scruffy, or some may call it relic'd and charge more! In seriousness it is not aesthetically perfect, but everything else is good, it is set up well, featuring the slim taper 60s neck, genuine Gibson '57 humbuckers, deep set (long tenon) neck join, maple cap, flame top, U.S. Switchcraft 3-way toggle, Mallory-150 tone capacitors, 16:1 ratio premium Grover locking tuners and push pull pots for extra tonal variation. This is a serious guitar with spec that is 99% the same as a USA Gibson!

These were a premium model and had a price tag to reflect that, so here is where you win, this is a killer Les Paul for a silly price!
