This is a great starter or backup bass, this Challenge VP is styled after the MusicMan Stingray model and features a single mighty humbucker which delivers a thick/deep punchy tone.
Controls include master volume and tone...what more do you need!
At the price this is a solid deal. The overall condition is what I would call showing honest play wear, so there are swirls and light marks from use, but no chips damage etc. All electrics and frets are fine.
