This is an original EBS Octabass - the first pedal EBS made. There is precious little information about this time period of EBS pedals, but this is an original Swedish made version from I believe the 90's.
It is famous for fast and accurate tracking and a fat, natural sound. When you play your instrument, it "tracks" the note you play and produce a sound one octave below to mix in with the note you play.
